Snap-on NDDM35: radar alignment without removing the bumper
Radar systems are increasingly becoming standard equipment on new vehicles. And more and more often, the radar sensor needs to be recalibrated following a collision, or after a bumper has been repaired or replaced. That takes time. Unless you have the right tools.

The situation
A vehicle arrives for ADAS calibration or to have minor collision damage repaired. The bumper has been refitted. Now you need to recalibrate the ACC radar sensor. On most vehicles, this involves: removing the bumper, releasing the clips, removing the panels, carrying out the adjustment, and refitting everything. That takes an extra fifteen to thirty minutes on average. Just to get to a single adjusting screw.
The solution: Snap-on NDDM35
The Snap-on NDDM35 is an internal 3.5 mm hex adjustment screwdriver specially designed for adjusting radar sensors on the bracket. The shaft is just long enough to reach the adjustment screw through the bumper. No dismantling required. No faffing about. You insert it, make the adjustment, and you’re done.

Why the NDDM35 works specifically
The handle is just the right length. Not too short, not too long. You can reach the radar sensor’s adjustment screw without having to remove any additional body panels. This saves time straight away on any job that involves adjusting an ACC radar sensor.
The 3.5 mm hex is the size used on these radar brackets. The NDDM35 grips the screw securely, without slipping or causing damage.
The Instinct® handle provides grip and control. This is particularly important when fine-tuning a radar sensor. You can feel what you’re doing, without over-turning it.

Vehicles compatible with ACC radar systems
The NDDM35 is compatible with vehicles fitted with ACC radar systems from Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini and Bentley from 2006 onwards, Honda and Acura from 2015 onwards, and the entire Stellantis range—including Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Peugeot, Citroën and Opel—from 2011 onwards.
These are the makes that roll into the workshop every day. Chances are you’ve already got them booked in for this week. The maths is simple. Not having to remove the bumper just once for a radar alignment saves you at least 20 minutes of workshop time. Work that back to your hourly rate and you’ll immediately see what this tool is worth. After just a handful of jobs, the NDDM35 will have more than paid for itself.
ADAS systems and ACC radar sensors are becoming increasingly common in the workshop. Vehicles requiring radar alignment are no longer the exception; they are now the norm. The Snap-on NDDM35 is a tool that does exactly what it’s designed to do: quickly, directly, and without any unnecessary steps.
