Snap-on H4PRO Induction heater
The H4PRO is a mobile induction heater specially designed for light repair work in the automotive sector. With its mobile, compact design, this induction heater can be used anywhere in the workshop, significantly increasing productivity. The H4PRO is ideal for heating rusted parts such as exhaust clamps and steering rods without damaging the part itself or other parts such as plastic sealing covers on drive shafts, steering knuckles and ball joints in the immediate vicinity.
In the past, rusted parts were often loosened with a gas burner or open flame. Later, induction heating was used to heat larger surfaces. However, excessive temperatures reduce the strength and rigidity of the steel. For this reason, the H4PRO focuses precisely on the part that needs to be heated.
The Snap-on H4PRO induction heater is equipped with a bright 5-inch colour screen and an easy-to-use 7-button keypad. The system has a built-in 2-litre water tank with a radiator and fan for optimal cooling. Thanks to its sturdy protective frame and handles, the device is easy to move around. The aluminium housing ensures a light weight of only 13 kg, making it both robust and easy to handle.
Prevents overheating
Thanks to the advanced heat control interface, you can precisely set the power and heating time, either manually or using special programmes. This prevents overheating, which is essential for maintaining the strength and rigidity of steel and alloys.
The induction handle has an ergonomic design and is lightweight for optimal ease of use. The plastic housing provides extra protection, while the movable switch ensures flexible operation. The longer handle allows you to work with two hands: one hand operates the switch, while the other holds the induction handle firmly for better control and accessibility.
Extreme circumstances
Although the H4PRO with its standard integrated 2-litre water tank can handle most tasks effortlessly, the optional HDC Cooler Trolley offers additional cooling capacity. With a 20-litre water tank and a powerful liquid pump, you can work longer without interruptions. This option is especially indispensable for work in hot environments or for tasks that require a lot of heat and time. The HDC Cooler Trolley keeps the system optimally cooled, allowing you to work more efficiently and without delay.

The H4PRO is an advanced mobile induction heater with an intuitive MMI navigation menu, a 5-inch colour screen and a 7-button keypad for easy operation. You can set the power manually or via programmes, select the language and control the water cooling.
Five heating levels and timer function
The manual mode has five power levels and a timer function, allowing you to set a specific time for each setting. This prevents unnecessary checking and enables more efficient working. In timer mode, heating stops automatically, and the trigger button allows you to easily repeat the cycle.
In addition, the H4PRO offers a programme mode with preset heating programmes to prevent overheating. Specific applications include wheel alignment, steering ball joints, camber bolts and wheel bolts. The system also includes OEM programmes, such as for aluminium dent repairs, and is prepared for future customised solutions.
Controlled heat without damage
As many car manufacturers prohibit heating in the wheel suspension, the H4PRO offers a safe solution for rusted bolts. The heating programmes provide controlled heat without damaging surrounding components. The time and power levels are automatically adjusted, preventing overheating.

For OEM applications, the H4PRO contains specific programmes for bodywork repairs, and future updates can be easily installed by replacing the internal SD card.
The JLR heating programme for aluminium dent repair on the Jaguar XJ was previously set manually for power and time. With the H4PRO, these manual settings have been replaced by preset programmes. This allows the technician to focus solely on the area to be heated, without having to keep track of time or manually set the power.
