What is ShopStream Connect™?
ShopStream Connect is free software that makes it easy to manage diagnostic data. With ShopStream Connect, the diagnostic tester can be registered and updated as soon as new software becomes available.*
With the latest software upgrade, additional updates and improvements (service releases) can be downloaded via ShopStream Connect.
ShopStream Connect works on Microsoft computers (Windows 10 or higher) and is compatible with all Snap-on diagnostic devices. The capabilities depend on the functions of the diagnostic tester.

ShopStream Connect is a Windows-based Snap-on software application that makes the diagnostic tester and work productive and efficient.
ShopStream Connect allows files stored or recorded on the Snap-on diagnostic platform to be transferred, stored, managed, viewed, annotated, emailed and printed.
Videos recorded with the tester can be opened on the computer. Up to 16 graphs can be displayed on the screen simultaneously, so that all scan data for a vehicle is immediately available.
It is possible to view and update vehicle reports.
If the platform has a scope, recordings can be viewed afterwards. These recordings can be played back automatically, scrolled through frame by frame, zoomed in on and analysed using cursors. The display can be adjusted with scales and a grid, channels can be moved separately, and colours can be inverted for printing.
Service updates can be downloaded to ensure the device performs optimally.
With a valid licence, the latest software upgrades can be downloaded and installed.
